Welcome to week 4 of my stress busting tips. This week my tip is to try journaling.

Keeping a journal can improve your mood and well-being. It can be very helpful if you can’t sleep because of thoughts and worries going round your head.

There are no rules to journaling. Buy a notebook and the write about whatever comes into your mind.  It can be how you feel (negative or positive), what you are thinking about doing, what has happened that day, what you need to do tomorrow or whatever you might be grateful for in your life.

You don’t have to write in it every day, although many people do. You can just do it when you have something to say.

Tell your story and improve your well-being at the same time.
