Welcome to week 5 of my stress busting tips. This week my tip is to take an energy balancing class.

When I say an energy balancing class I mean things like Yoga, Shakti dance, Qigong or Tai Chi.

At So Shiatsu I use Shiatsu, Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique to help calm the nervous system, balance the bio-electromagnetic energy system and reduce stress.

I recommend that my clients go to one or more of these energy balancing classes per week as they can help to support your energy system and help with your stress levels in between having energy treatments.

I personally do a restorative yoga class and a Qigong class every week. I couldn’t do without these classes.
