Welcome to week 7 of my stress busting tips. This week my tip is to try doing some Makko Ho meridian stretches.

I was introduced to Makko Ho stretches during my shiatsu training. They are a self healing practice that help balance and improve the flow of energy in  the meridians or energy channels of the body.

They are very similar to yoga stretches and are a great way to help you to relax and reduce stress. You only need a few minutes every day to practice these stretches.

I can recommend trying @Wu Tao NYC’s Makko Ho video as it’s easy to follow if you are new to Makko Ho stretches.
